Remote Dietician Exam Will Provide Greater Accessibility to Test-Takers

BALTIMORE, MD, USA – 01 APRIL 2022 – Today, the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) Ministry of Public Health Qatar announced the development of its own dietician qualifying exam for the purpose of license to practice in the state of Qatar.

In alignments with the Qatar National Vision 2030 and the Qatari National Health Strategy came this important initiative, which was inspired by the Department’s strategic goals and objectives and its mission to keep patient safety and healthcare quality at the heart of its mandate. The CBT dietician exam is the first exam in the region to be followed by other exams owned by the MOPH state of Qatar.

DHP, in collaboration with Qatar University, has launched the new dietician exam in the state of Qatar. Furthermore, it has partnered with Prometric to offer the dietician exam through Prometric’s ProProctor™ remote assessment solution. The dietician exam is also offered onsite at Prometric test centres worldwide. The exam will be available for scheduling as of 31 March 2022, and the remote testing option will follow on 30 April 2022.
