When the early phases of our client's, the Virginia Bureau of Insurance (the Bureau), exam program implementation coincided with the start of the COVID-19 pandemic (resulting in the closure of test center networks and cancellation of in-person meetings), they looked to Prometric to drive a quick, seamless change management process that emphasized ongoing and collaborative partnership and created alternative solutions to avoid a larger candidate backlog.

  • Successfully transition the Bureau's testing program and start test administration on the committed go-live date from their incumbent provider, via Prometric's end-to-end exam content and delivery implementation process.
  • Leverage Microsoft Teams and video to host virtual, ongoing touchpoints to keep the timeline on track and help build on the partnership foundation established in prior in-person kick-off meetings.
  • Incorporate Prometric's remote assessment solution, ProProctor, in the Bureau's exam program to ensure candidates had greater exam access at no additional cost to either cohort.
