If you would like to schedule your exam remotely, you need to first ensure your computer meets the technical specifications; click here. For more information about remotely proctored exams, visit the ProProctor portal at https://www.prometric.com/proproctorcandidate.
You will be required to present one valid, government-issued photo ID with a signature (e.g., driver's license or passport). The identification document must be in Latin characters and contain your photograph and signature. All other items must be removed from your testing area (if you take your test remotely) or be locked in a locker for test security purposes (if you take your exam in a center).
The name on your ID must match the name that appears on your examination application. If there is a discrepancy, you must notify email@example.com at least two weeks before the examination. Your middle name is not considered when matching the name on your ID to your application. Name changes or corrections cannot be made within 7 business days of the scheduled testing date. If you do not have your acceptable identification, you will not be permitted to take the exam.
To reschedule or cancel, go to https://www.languagetesting.com/sign-in/test-candidates and sign into your account to make the changes and pay the change/cancellation fee.

LTI is committed to providing access for all candidates to ACTFL assessments by providing reasonable accommodations appropriate to each candidate’s conditions and needs. LTI has established protocols regarding accommodation arrangements. Test accommodations are individualized and handled on a case-by-case basis. An individual who meets the diagnostic criteria for a particular disorder is not automatically entitled to test accommodations and must go through the review process for verification.
It is suggested that accommodation requests be submitted as early as possible. The review of documentation takes approximately 10 business days once the request and supporting paperwork have been received. If additional documentation is needed, extra time may be required before the review can be finalized.
Send the accommodation request to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 10 business days before the desired test date.
