Prometric Operations Center, Nottingham, Maryland, USA:The Prometric Operations Center (POC), which is located just north of Baltimore, supports the operational processes that deliver exemplary and responsive service to both our clients and candidates. Teams work on a variety of interesting projects that include locating and building test centers; determining test seat capacity; scheduling candidate exams; printing and shipping paper-based exams; and providing necessary information and support to each candidate and test center throughout the testing experience. These elite specialists at the POC drive our efforts to improve service excellence and performance efficiencies. Only a short distance from our Corporate Headquarters, key departments from the POC can personally collaborate with their colleagues in Baltimore whenever necessary.
Dundalk, Ireland The Dundalk Global Business Center plays an essential strategic role in Prometric’s global operations for our work across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Several departments operate out of this particular location, including Test Development Solutions; Finance; Human Resources; Technology; Marketing; Candidate Services; and Account Management. These teams adhere to a streamlined business model that allows us to operate nearly 24-7-365. By coordinating tasks between work sites that are time zones apart, employees right here in Dundalk collaborate with teams in Europe, Asia and the Americas on any given day. The Dundalk facility is located midway between Belfast and Dublin, so it also offers employees the unique assets of a vibrant regional town with easy access to large, metropolitan cities via bus and rail links. Gurgaon, IndiaThe Gurgaon Regional Business Center plays a strategic part in our Asia Pacific (APAC) operations by housing pivotal departments like Finance; Human Resources; Technology; Global Help Desk; Test Development Solutions; and Account Management. The team members within these departments use the company’s streamlined business model to provide support to their colleagues around the world; they also are integral in the monitoring and development of the five MegaCenters across India. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia The Kuala Lumpur Regional Business Center is strategically located in Damansara Heights, which is just 15 minutes from the heart of Kuala Lumpur City. This location houses key personnel from Candidate Services; Global Test Center Support; Channel Operations; Technology; Finance and Accounting; and Human Resources. These team members provide multi-lingual support to candidates all over the world, many of whom speak Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Turkish, Arabic and French. The work environment is designed to promote transparency and collaboration; our more than 200 employees work in a variety of formal and informal meeting spaces across one open-design facility. Tokyo, Japan The Regional Business Center in Tokyo is located in a highly attractive part of the city and is in close proximity to 16 universities. Additionally, it is just minutes away from the Ochanomizu railway station, ensuring that employees have a safe and easy way to get to work. The facility hosts personnel with Channel Operations; Account Management; Business Development; Global Help Desk; Candidate Services; Technology; and Test Development Solutions. Our teams in Japan are critical links in bridging work flows from Asia-Pacific to the United States. The work space also features a 229-seat flagship MegaCenter, which is the largest computer-based testing center in Japan.
