Before scheduling a remotely proctored exam:
- Confirm your computer’s compatibility by performing the ProProctor™ system check
- Thoroughly review the ProProctor™ User Guide.
Scheduling your Exam
To schedule an exam at a Prometric Test Center, select the appropriate option on the left side of the screen under Test Center Exam.
For a remotely proctored exam, you must supply the computer which must have a camera, microphone and an internet connection and be able to install a lightweight application. Tablets, smart phones, and other mobile devices cannot be used to take the exam and are prohibited during testing. You will be able to take the exam online while a Prometric proctor is overseeing the examination process remotely.
After you confirm your computer’s compatibility, select the appropriate icon on the left-hand side to get started, and then follow the on-screen prompts as you walk through the rest of the process.
