Reschedule/Cancelation Policy
You must reschedule/cancel your exam at least 5 days prior to your appointment date. There is a $25 fee for changing an appointment if the change is made between 5 and 29 days prior to your examination appointment. There is no charge for changing or cancelling 30 days or more prior to your examination appointment.
After the Test
After the exam, your official final results will be sent to you from CITA after they have performed a review and audit of your results for quality assurance. You should receive your official final results from CITA within 10 days.
