Brooke Smith is Prometric’s Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, she is responsible for driving the strategic, long-term vision across the organization with a key focus on market positioning, transformation projects, industry developments, and global communications to best serve current and future clients. She also focuses on identifying industry opportunities and trends, as well as measuring and reporting performance metrics to deliver world-class assessments.
A results-driven executive, Ms. Smith also leads Prometric’s corporate marketing, public relations, brand management, and crisis management efforts by defining the company’s strategic marketing framework and developing corporate marketing plans to reflect a deep awareness and understanding of the industries, stakeholders, and clients that Prometric serves. Additionally, she guides the company’s engagement with the assessment industry and leads various voice of the customer programs that drive client solutions.
Prior to joining Prometric, Ms. Smith served as Vice President of Client Development at Inmar, a technology-enabled services company, where she led a team of professionals tasked with aligning the company's products and solutions to the changing retail marketplace.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Journalism from Salem College.
