As of end of day August 31st, 2021, the Connecticut Insurance Department is no longer providing exams with Prometric.

As of September 1st, if you have paid but not yet scheduled your exam, Prometric will automatically issue you a refund via paper check. Your refund will arrive in about three weeks’ time.
