Request a reimbursement

Submit a reimbursement request if your exam was canceled by Prometric without advance notification for reasons other than inclement weather. Proof (receipt) must be provided for any reimbursements as follows: 

  • Airfare, train, bus, taxi, toll, parking to test center
  • Hotels and accommodation
  • Meals
  • Mileage

Loss of wages and lost vacation or sick time are not eligible for reimbursement. We are unable to process inclement weather-related reimbursement requests as this is outside of our control. Each request will be viewed on a case-by-case basis. Hotel expenses will not be reimbursed if your testing site is less than 100 miles from your home. Car rental and all amenities are not eligible for reimbursement.

Our team will review your request and email you with a decision within 7-10 business days of receipt unless further research and/or documentation are required. Reimbursement requests made via phone will not be accepted. Please ensure all documentation is attached to your request.
