Candidate Information 

EduClasses® is pleased to announce the delivery of the Food Managers Certification (FMC) CFP examination service.

There are now two ways to take your FMC certification exam. As a candidate you have the option to take your exam either in a Prometric Testing Center or through a remotely proctored internet enabled location of your choice where you must provide a computer with a camera, microphone and an internet connection.

How to Become Eligible

You must have registered for your examination(s) with Food Managers Certification at FoodManagersCertification.com prior to scheduling your testing appointment at a Prometric Testing Center. 

Scheduling your Exam

If you would like to schedule your exam in a physical test center, click here.

If you would like to schedule your exam remotely, you need to first ensure your computer meets the technical specifications by performing a system check.  Once you have verified your computer you can click here to continue scheduling your remote exam.

Reschedule / Cancel Policy

If you wish to Reschedule or Cancel, you can do so without a fee 31 or more days prior to your exam date. 

If your exam date is within 5-30 days prior to your exam appointment.  There will be an additional $25 fee charged at the time of rescheduling.

 

If you Cancel your exam within 5-30 days prior to your appointment you will also need to complete the following steps:

  • please contact FoodManagersCertification.com at 903-893-3717 or
  • submit a support ticket at FoodManagersCertification.com requesting the cancellation.  

 

NOTE:  a full refund of your FMC exam fee, minus a $10 Cancellation Fee will be issued once FMC is notified by Prometric of the cancellation in their system. 

If you choose not to show for your appointment and do not submit a cancellation / reschedule request, you will forfeit your assessment and testing appointment fees
