*Please note that prior to scheduling, applications must be approved through the SOCRA office. If you have not done so, you can determine your eligibility, and apply for the CCRP Exam on the SOCRA website.
Scheduling your Exam
1. To schedule your exam at a Prometric Testing Center
To check test center availability in your area and make your appointment at a Prometric Test Center select the appropriate icon on left hand side under Test Center Exam.
2. To schedule a Remotely Proctored Exam
Online, remote exams are offered using Prometric’s ProProctor™ application. For a remotely proctored exam, you must supply the computer which must have a camera, microphone and an internet connection and be able to install a lightweight app prior to the test event. You will be able to take the exam online while a Prometric proctor is overseeing the examination process remotely. To confirm that your computer and network will allow testing through ProProctor™ visit https://rpcandidate.prometric.com/
To schedule a Remotely Proctored exam, select the appropriate icon on the left side of the screen under Remotely Proctored Exam.
Rescheduling your existing appointment between a Prometric Testing Center and Remotely Proctored Exam
If you have an existing appointment at a Prometric Testing Center and you wish to change to a Remotely Proctored Exam, select the appropriate icon on the left side of the screen under Remotely Proctored Exam.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
Rescheduling or canceling your exam appointment (test center location, date, time) is permitted by Prometric up to fifteen (15) days before your scheduled appointment with no penalty. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled between fifteen (15) to five (5) days before your scheduled appointment are subject to a fee. Reschedule and Cancellation fees are associated with appointment changes and paid to Prometric.
ProProctor™ System Requirements:
- Laptop/PC Power Source: Please plug your device directly into a power source, unattached from a docking station.
- Screen Resolution: 1920 x 1080 is the minimum resolution required
- Operating System: Windows 7 or higher | MacOS 10.13 or higher
- Web Browser: Current version of Google Chrome
- Internet Connection Speed: 0.5 mbps or greater. Please position your device where you can receive the strongest signal. For the best experience, please use an Ethernet cable to connect directly to the router.
- Please note that some work firewalls may prevent properly connecting to ProProctor
