Memo – You must arrive or log on 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.  If you need to retake any portion of your exam, you must wait 24 hours before booking a new appointment.  If you have any questions or concerns, please locate your licensing information bulletin at Oklahoma Insurance under “Special Resource Center”.

Scheduling Online

In order to schedule online, you must provide an e-mail address and an electronic method of payment. Prometric will send you an e-mail confirming your appointment. If you do not have an e-mail address, please call our Registration Center at 1-888-597-8223.

When scheduling online, the information you provide must be accurate. The name used to schedule your appointment must be your full legal name and exactly match the name shown on your identification. The information we collect is shared with the NIPR “National Insurance Producer Registry” following the completion of your exam. This will be the same name required by Oklahoma when you apply for licensure upon passing your examinations. Failure to accurately input the correct spelling of your name, your social security number, date of birth or address will halt you from being able to apply for licensure with the Oklahoma Insurance Department.

If you are inputting this information for someone other than yourself, please verify the accuracy of the information and review the License Information Bulletin prior to continuing. The critical demographic fields must match exactly to avoid delays when applying for your license.
