POINTS OF EMPHASIS
- REINSTATEMENT OF EXPIRED LICENSE - If your license expired for failing to meet your continuing education requirements, your license may be reinstated by completing the continuing education requirements within four (4) months after the end of your compliance year and paying a reinstatement fee of $75.00. - As part of Prometric’s required services, a warning notice will be sent to licensees who are not yet compliant approximately 120 days before their due date and again around 45 days from their due date. A notice will not be sent to licensees who are in compliance
- All individuals who hold a major line of authority license and adjusters are required to complete three (3) hours of an ethics training/CE every two years. There are no exceptions to this mandatory requirement.
- Individuals holding a Property, Personal Lines or adjuster license are required to complete three (3) hours of flood insurance training/CE every four years. There are no exceptions to this mandatory requirement.
