POINTS OF EMPHASIS

  • REINSTATEMENT OF EXPIRED LICENSE - If your license expired for failing to meet your continuing education requirements, your license may be reinstated by completing the continuing education requirements within four (4) months after the end of your compliance year and paying a reinstatement fee of $75.00. Reinstatement requests must be submitted online at Compliance Express ™ (sircon.com– Click on “Services”, then “CE Exemption or Extension Request”.
  • A courtesy reminder notification will be sent to licensees who are not yet compliant with their CE requirements at approximately 120 days and 45 days from their CE compliance date. It is the responsibility of licensees to ensure their CE requirements are met by the CE compliance date. Licensees can verify their CE compliance status by viewing their CE transcript here
  • All individuals who hold a major line of authority license and adjusters are required to complete three (3) hours of an ethics training/CE every two years. There are no exceptions to this mandatory requirement.
  • Individuals holding a Property, Personal Lines or adjuster license are required to complete three (3) hours of flood insurance training/CE every four years.  There are no exceptions to this mandatory requirement.
