FY2026 Q1

Candidate Management

  • Introduced a new client integration with ProScheduler via deep link and enabled the application of custom branding and skinning as part of the integration process.
  • We continue to enhance and expand the OnDemand platform and its supporting systems to ensure improved performance, greater stability, and an even better experience for our users.
  • We have improved platform reliability by transitioning specific background processes from the primary system node to a secondary node. This update is part of our ongoing investment in a more resilient, always‑available infrastructure.
  • We introduced enhanced support for cloud‑based drivers and remote exam delivery through WebLaunch. This update also ensures that approved Testing Accommodation details are securely transmitted, providing a more seamless and accessible exam experience for candidates.
  • Additional candidate identification details are now visible within the ProAdmin roster. This improvement addresses gaps from the ProAdmin 1 migration in Japan and strengthens administrative support for test centers.
  • Foundational development work has begun to support the upcoming Email Consolidation initiative. This project will streamline email communications and improve consistency for all stakeholders.
  • Implemented performance improvements and bug fixes for scheduling and registration systems to enhance performance and security across platforms. 

Assessment Management

  • A new configuration setting within EOM enables clients to determine whether pending results in ProGrader are exported to client/candidate, in accordance with client requirements.
  • Enabled word and character count functionality in all CKEditor-based text fields (item stems, answer options, etc.) across Item Authoring, Tasks, and Templates modules.
  • Enabled task assignees to utilize predefined component templates within Tasks for composing informational pages, question stems, and answer options.
  • Enabled local environment testing for Multi-factor Authentication in third-party drivers.
  • Enhanced accessibility features for the Select from a List item type.
  • Enabled third-party drivers incompatible with Indicator pages to operate within ProDriver External Web Driver module.
  • Resolved design limitations in ProGrader that previously caused high setup effort, providing a smoother and more efficient grading setup process.
  • Introduced optional Shared Secret authentication in the External Web Driver item, enabling third-party drivers to verify launch origins from trusted applications.
  • Implemented security enhancements, and bug fixes for ProBuilder, ProDriver, and Results Management System.

Delivery and Proctoring

  • All ProAdmin components have been upgraded to Electron 38, ensuring long-term application sustainability and mitigating potential compatibility issues in subsequent development cycles.
  • Enabled regionalized date and time display functionality in the ProAdmin TCA Web roster and appointment details, thereby aligning displayed information with local cultural expectations and resolving outstanding requirements related to the retirement of ProAdmin 1 in Japan.
  • ProAdmin installation has been enhanced to utilize the ID service instead of requesting ProID, thereby allowing ProAdmin Installer to proceed independently and eliminating installation failures associated with the previous dependency.
  • ProAdmin Installer can now automatically generate a configuration file when one is not present, simplifying setup and reducing manual effort for administrators.
  • User login requirement has been disabled on the ProAdmin Installer to facilitate the creation of a configuration file when none exists.
  • Implemented performance improvements and bug fixes for ProProctor. 

Data, Reporting & ProInsights

  • Removed all residual references to ProInsights 2.0 and GoodData from pipelines and the ProUser UI, finalizing the retirement of the ProInsights 2.0 application. 

FY2025 Q4

Candidate Management

  • Enhancements have been implemented to our Ecommerce platform and supporting infrastructure to improve overall performance and reliability.
  • Improve performance and enhance the scheduling experience for candidates.
  • Enhanced support for a cloud-based driver and delivery of exams via Weblaunch has been implemented, specifically enabling the secure transmission of Testing Accommodation data for candidates.
  • We’ve enhanced the Webhook Management Site and API to provide detailed tracking of user actions across Subscriptions, Endpoints, and Configurations. Additionally, auditing now includes Replay request activity for greater transparency and control.
  • The user interface and user experience for Webhooks have been improved to deliver a more seamless and intuitive experience for users.
  • Implemented performance improvements and bug fixes for scheduling and registration systems to enhance performance and security across platforms.

Assessment Management

  • Users are now able to preview PDF Source Materials from Item Authoring (IA) and Tasks, eliminating the need to download files.
  • Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) can now efficiently navigate to specific items during authoring tasks, search for items, and view item names, improving productivity.
  • Task and Item Authoring users can now preview an information page while working on itemset items to streamline the authoring process.
  • Users in the Item Authoring and Tasks UI can now view and modify tags while simultaneously seeing item content, without the need to scroll.
  • Third-party drivers, incompatible with Indicator pages can now be executed using Prometric's External Web Driver for expanded functionality.
  • Accessibility compliance has now been enhanced to improve usability and broaden the reach of the platform to all users.
  • Implemented security enhancements, and bug fixes for ProBuilder, ProDriver, and Results Management System.

Delivery and Proctoring

  • Implemented performance improvements and bug fixes for ProProctor.
  • Implemented performance improvements, version updates, and bug fixes for ProAdmin 2.0 to improve the candidate and test center administrator experience at Pop Up sites.

Data, Reporting & ProInsights

  • Localization of ProAdmin Central components has been completed to support Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese languages, closing the final migration gap for Japan sites from ProAdmin 1.
  • All ProAdmin components have been upgraded to Electron 37 to ensure long-term sustainability and avoid future compatibility issues within ongoing development.
  • Updates have been applied to the ProProctor Candidate Portal to enhance candidate experience for those taking exams via ProProctor AI + Pop-In and Second Camera modalities, supporting launches in Japan and HKSI.
  • Screen recording permissions have been added to the Candidate App system check for MacOS users, thereby eliminating the need for candidates to restart their exams after granting screen recording access and improving the overall exam experience for Mac ProProctor users.

    We fixed an issue where payment delays could cause duplicate transactions. Your payments will now process smoothly without interruptions.
  • Simplified Form Processes
    We corrected naming inconsistencies to ensure a seamless rollout of our new form assembly process.
  • Upgraded Payment System
    Most payment processing has been migrated to our new Payment Orchestrator for faster, more secure transactions (except for India).
  • Enhanced Reporting and Test Management
    Updates have been made to reporting tools and test purpose settings for better clarity and control.
  • Better Data Integration
    ProBuilder data exports now map directly to CELPIP import fields, making item writing more efficient.

FY2025 Q3

Candidate Management

  • Upgraded our webhooks to deliver real-time visibility into reschedule and cancellation events, now clearly identified as displacements within the core scheduling systems. This enhancement empowers downstream systems and stakeholders with faster, more accurate event tracking.
  • Aligned internal database structures to better accommodate future global scheduling needs.  
  • Implemented performance improvements and bug fixes for scheduling and registration systems to enhance performance and security across platforms. 

Assessment Management

  • Rolled out ProBuilder Performance Improvements to deliver a smoother and more responsive experience. This upgrade significantly boosts system performance, reducing load times and enhancing productivity.
  • Implemented security enhancements, and bug fixes for ProBuilder, ProDriver, and Results Management System.
  • Enhanced the automated and customizable data deletion process within our results Management System, in accordance with Prometric’s data retention policy, to better meet client contract obligations.

Delivery and Proctoring

  • Implemented performance improvements and bug fixes for ProProctor.
  • Implemented performance improvements, version updates, and bug fixes for ProAdmin 2.0 to improve the candidate and test center administrator experience at Pop Up sites.
  • Implemented UX/UI changes to ProAdmin to support its use in the Japan test center network as part of the ProAdmin 1.0 Japan retirement project. 

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Launched early adopter program for ProInsights access to a small group of clients. This soft launch will allow Prometric to onboard clients thoughtfully, gather client-level feedback, and implement impactful enhancements before the hard launch later this year. The following reports are part of the program, and early adopter clients will get access on a rolling basis to reports that are meaningful to them, including:
    • Candidate Lifecycle report
    • Fixed Admin Capacity report (for windowed clients)
    • Candidate Displacements report
    • Site List report
  • Implemented UX/UI enhancements to ProInsights to simplify navigating to and from different reports.
  • Implemented changes to simplify the categorization and naming of test center site types, improving sorting and dashboard visualization using site types.
  • Improved time zone data to ensure accuracy of test center locations on the Geo Pattern dashboard visualization.

Paragon

  • Implemented Rater Assignment System enhancements designed to speed up turnaround time for user scoring.
  • Implemented security updates and system maintenance to support business requirements.
  • Launched hCaptcha for improved security in China.
  • Implemented online testing improvements and efficiencies to reduce overall testing time and maintain competitiveness.

Candidate Management

  • Implemented configurations to Payment Orchestrator and Stripe for client-specific exceptions.
  • Delivered Webhooks Administration Portal to enable internal support teams to self-serve webhooks management to better serve clients.
  • Deployed client requested business rules for late cancels to specific programs.
  • Migrated SMT and TCNet to the Stripe payment processing platform.

Assessment Management

  • Updated Item Authoring & Tasks UI to allow users to view and update tags while they have full visibility of the item's content on the same screen.
  • Introduced detailed audit logging to tasks to log sensitive events that may be needed for troubleshooting, security, or related functions.
  • Provided an updated & more user-friendly Tasks UI, to allow Authoring and Review Task users to search and filter items in the task using tags, flags, decisions and items names as criteria.
  • Updated the Review Tasks functionality to allow SMEs to navigate to specific items during an authoring task quickly and efficiently.
  • Updated the Review Tasks screen by adding a search functionality for items in a task and display item names.
  • Upgraded the performance of importing items functionality in ProBuilder to support our new Generate to ProBuilder direct connection.
  • Updated ProDriver to ensure that Candidates returning from an unscheduled break can no longer edit previously viewed items, including the one visible when the break was taken. This was implemented to meet NCCA compliance.
  • Implemented performance improvements, security enhancements, and bug fixes for ProBuilder, ProDriver, and Results Management System. 

Delivery & Proctoring

  • Launched Second Camera capability as an add-on feature for ProProctor Live. This feature provides the following benefits:
    • Enhanced Security: The Second Camera provides live multi-angle monitoring, ensuring a high level of exam integrity.
    • Candidate-Friendly: Candidates easily set up the Second Camera using a smartphone through a browser application, reducing stress on exam day.
    • Streamlined Setup: Self-serve verification simplifies the setup process, allowing candidates to verify their Second Camera before connecting with a Readiness Agent.
    • Multi-Tier Viewing: Agents can view live video streams from both the Second Camera and the laptop camera, with the ability to review synchronized video after exam completion.
  • Implemented media player enhancements in the ProProctor Live Review Portal to improve the video playback reviewing.
  • Implemented performance improvements, security enhancements, and bug fixes for ProProctor.

  • Introduced new system task progress functionality in Item Authoring to allow users to track the progress of their tasks.

  • Implemented new security enhancements to lock down Mac devices for ProProctor and enabled supporting MacOS 15 (Sequoia).
  • Upgraded ProProctor application framework to the latest version of Electron and Chromium. Among the many benefits, this enhances security, improves client test driver compatibly, maintains version parity across testing modalities, and facilitates future upgrades.
  • Updated ProProctor global deny list to ensure nefarious third-party software is blocked during the lockdown process.
  • Implemented improvements to candidate logging in ProProctor to improve analysis of causes of candidate disconnections.
  • Added the configuration to store ProProctor video data in China to comply with data residency requirements.
  • Enabled the ability to store ProProctor video data in locations around the world that host Azure Blob Storage.

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Launched the new iteration of ProInsights – our one source of truth data platform for all candidate, client, financial, and operational data. This release is currently available internally and with select clients and will be made available to all users in the coming months. The launch includes the following capabilities:
    • Data structures that extract, load, and transform raw data to be governed via business rules and logic for the data platform.
    • Creation of cloud-based data insights.
    • A powerful front-end tool to build self-service dashboards with data insights, offering rich visualizations, an immersive user experience, aggregated metrics, and advanced search and filtering.

  • Improved alternate seat selection logic on ProScheduler to allow candidates to view the best alternate availability based on their search criteria.
