Candidate Management 

  • Completed migration to Stripe for payment processing on the following Global (US Based) datacenter scheduling applications: ProScheduler, ProContact, USRWeb, IWR, RS, RSO, Ops, and Oap. 

  • With the migration to Stripe, we now accept the following expanded list of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide, Google Pay and Apple Pay from customers worldwide, WeChat and Alipay from customers worldwide except for those using the EU instances 

  • Implemented performance improvements and bug fixes for payment processing and testing accommodations. 

Assessment Management 

  • Improved Task Authoring efficiency, by delivering the option to quickly navigate to the selected item without interrupting the task review process. 

  • Introduced new system task progress functionality in Item Authoring to allow users to track the progress of their tasks. 

  • Improved the security of web exams by adding an authenticated launch process, to ensure candidates can launch any ProDriver web exam securely. This helps eliminate the possibility of exam/content leakage. 

  • Improved Practice Tests delivery by allowing clients to configure candidates’ Test Feedback screens according to their needs. 

  • Implemented performance improvements, security enhancements, and bug fixes for ProBuilder, ProDriver, and Event Outcome Manager. 

Delivery and Proctoring 

  • Added the configuration to store ProProctor video data in China to comply with data residency requirements. 

  • Enabled the ability to store ProProctor video data in locations around the world that host Azure Blob Storage. 

  • Implemented performance improvements for ProProctor. 

October 2024

Candidate Management 

  • Improved candidate messaging and user experience during the payment workflow.  

  • Implemented new backend services to support upcoming global migration to Stripe payment processor.  

  • Improved performance and reliability of testing accommodations processing.  

  • Implemented performance improvements and security enhancements for scheduling and payment.  

 

Assessment Management 

  • New ProDriver webhook status events include Candidate Check-in, Test Started, Test Completed (future, requires driver modification and center release), and Test Uploaded events. 

  • Implemented performance improvements, infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and bug fixes for ProBuilder, ProDriver, ProLauncher, and Event Outcome Manager. 

 

Delivery and Proctoring 

  • Implemented new security enhancements to locking down Mac devices for ProProctor and enabled supporting MacOS 15 (Sequoia).  

  • Upgraded ProProctor application framework to the latest version of Electron and Chromium. This enhances security, improves client test driver compatibility, maintains version parity across testing modalities, and facilitates future upgrades.   

  • Updated ProProctor global deny list to ensure nefarious third-party software is blocked during the lockdown process. 

  • Implemented improvements to candidate logging in ProProctor to improve analysis of causes of candidate disconnections. 

  • Implemented performance improvements and security enhancements for ProProctor. 

September 2024

Candidate Management

  • Localized the ProProctor Candidate Portal to the Japanese language. 

August 2024

  • Improved alternate seat selection logic on ProScheduler to allow candidates to view the best alternate availability based on their search criteria.

  • Implemented performance improvements, infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and bug fixes for ProBuilder, ProDriver, and Event Outcome Manager. 

Delivery & Proctoring 

  • Enhanced ZoomText compatibility with ProAdmin 2.0 to improve product accessibility.  

  • Implemented accessibility improvements to candidate workflow in ProProctor AI to enable the use of third-party assistive tools. 

  • Implemented performance improvements, security enhancements, and bug fixes for ProAdmin 2.0 and ProID.
