2. To schedule a Remotely Proctored Exam

Review y ProProctor User Guide as confirm your computer’s compatibility to allow remote proctoring.  Remote proctored online exams are offered using Prometric’s ProProctor™ application. Fer a remotely proctored exam, ye must supply y computer which must have a camera, microphone as an internet connection as be able to install a lightweight app prior to y test event. Ye will be able to take y exam online while a Prometric proctor is overseeing y examination process remotely.

Reschedule your Remotely Proctored Exam

When scheduling your exam, ye will need to provide an e-mail address to which Prometric will send your exam confirmation as HCC exam results. If ye have difficulty scheduling your exam, please call y appropriate Prometric Regional Registration Center below directly.

Reschedule/Cancelation Policy

If ye need to change your scheduled exam date or time, ye must do so by at least 5 days prior to your examination appointment using y Reschedule/Cancel option on this Web site or by contacting Prometric's registration center at: https://www.prometric.com/KSTQB.

If ye need to reschedule as cancel exam 5 to 29 days before scheduled test date, $30.00 fee will be charged per cancellation/reschedule.

There is no charge fer changing an appointment 30 or more days before test date within y same testing window.

Exam Results

Exam results as score reports will be emailed to ye immediately following the completion of your exam. Results will also be sent by email. Your certificate will be issued based on y full-name as date of birth that ye entered as will be sent by email within 2 weeks. Please check y information which will be shown on yer certificate. Ye may contact info@kstqb.org if any changes are required.
