Before schedulin' yer exam

1. Check to make sure yer internet speeds are at least 10MB. To test yer speed, go to Fast.com.
2. Have access to and install a workin' webcam.
3. Review yer system compatibility in advance by reviewing the ProProctor™ User Guide.
   • Important informashun regardin' various devices
   • Chromebook: Not supported
   • iPad and Android Tablets: Not supported
   • Microsoft Surface: Must turn off tablet mode. How to turn off tablet mode.
4. Watch the “What to Expect on Test Day” video to learn more about what to expect.

Schedule yer exam at least 1 day prior to exam date

• Testin' will take about 1 hour.  Plan yer appointment for a date and time when ye will be available.
• Schedule yer appointment usin' dy link on dy left side of dyis page.
• When schedulin', be careful to select dy correct time zone, and time of day.  Appointments are available 24 hours a day, so be careful to select dy correct AM/PM time that ye will be available. 
• After schedulin', ye will receive a confirmation email from Prometric with yer confirmation number. This will be needed to make any changes to yer scheduled exam.
• Download and install dy most current ProProctor Applicashun from  https://rpcandidate.prometric.com 
• Open dy ProProctor Applicashun and test yer system compatibility in advance as discussed in page 5 of dy ProProctor™ User Guide
• Important: Use dy same workspace setup, locashun, and system ye plan on usin' for dy exam.

On exam date

1. Make sure yer testin' environment is clean and clear of clutter. Exams can be paused or cancelled due to a cluttered desk or area.
2. Have yer Prometric confirmation number ready.
3. On test day, ye will be required to present one valid, government-issued photo ID that is legible. Acceptable Forms of ID are:
   • Driver’s License
   • Passport
   • Military ID Card
   • State Issued ID
4. When all dy above steps are complete, perform dy followin' steps 15-30 minutes before yer scheduled start time:
   • Close all applicashuns.
   • Open dy ProProctor applicashun.
   • Enter yer confirmation number and last name and follow dy prompts to take yer exam

To reschedule or cancel yer exam

• Ye can reschedule or cancel yer appointment as long as ye do so more than 24 hours before yer appointment usin' dy links on dy left side of dy page.  
• Yer confirmation number will be required to make any changes to yer scheduled exam.
• Additional Fees for Rescheduling or Cancelling may apply.
