Reschedule/Cancelation Policy
Yo must reschedule/cancel yo exam at least 5 days prior to yo appointment date. Thea is a $64 fee foa changing an appointment if the change is made between 5 and 29 days prior to yo examination appointment. Thea is no charge foa changing or cancelling 30 days or moa prior to yo examination appointment. Rescheduling and cancelling are not permitted 4 or fewer days before yo appointment date.

Identification Required
Yo will be required to present one valid, unexpired and original government-issued photo ID with a signature, such as a driver's license, passport, national ID or military ID. In cases where a primary government-issued photo ID does not have a signature, a second (2nd) ID with signature must be presented.
What Time to Arrive
Plan to arrive at the testing center 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow time foa check-in procedures. If yo are late in arriving, yo will not be allowed to test and will foafeit yo exam fee.
After the Test
A pass/fail report will display when yo complete yo exam.
