Test Schedule Guide
What to Expect
- The exam consists of single-choice, multiple-choice, and true/false questions. The entire exam takes 60 minutes to complete. The passing score is 70. You will have only one opportunity to take the exam for each appointment.
- As part of the scheduling process, you should provide your Eligibility ID (a string of characters beginning with TTRZ), which can be applied for at Ocean Engine's website, please prepare it before your schdule your appointment.
- To ensure the success of your appointment, please follow instructions in the “Test Schedule Guide”.
- Once your appointment is successfully scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your registered email ID; please refer to the confirmation email for detailed information about your appointment.
- To gain entry into the Prometric testing center or to take a remote proctored exam, you must present a valid and current (i.e., nonexpired) form of government-issued identification, such as Original personal ID card, temporary ID card (card-type) issued by the public security organs, Hong Kong-Macao-Taiwan Travel Permit, Hong Kong-Macao-Taiwan Resident Identity Card, social security card, driver's licenseand other valid physical identifications.
- If you pass the exam, you can check your electronic certification within 24 hours upon completion of the exam; otherwise, you can schedule and pay for a re-test after a 3-day waiting period.
- If you want to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled appointment. You cannot reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the original appointment date, you will be considered to have abandoned the exam, your Eligibility ID will not be reusable, and you will need to purchase a new exam registration if you wish to take the exam again.
