Reschedule your Exam at a Prometric Testing Center

When scheduling your exam, you will need to provide an e-mail address to which Prometric will send your exam confirmation and HCC exam results. If you have difficulty scheduling your exam, please call the appropriate Prometric Regional Registration Center below directly.

Reschedule/Cancelation Policy

Written exams

There is no charge for changing or canceling an exam appointment 24 hours or more before a scheduled appointment. You may not reschedule an exam less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to show up for an exam or cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, you will be forfeiture of an exam attempt. 

Lab & Interview exams

There is no charge for changing or canceling an exam appointment 14 days or more before a scheduled appointment.

There is charge of USD50 for changing or cancelling an exam appointment 7-13 days(both included) before a scheduled appointment.

The exam fee is not refunded for cancelling an appointment less than 7 days before a scheduled appointment.

You may not reschedule an exam less than 7 days prior to your appointment. If you fail to show up for an exam or cancel within 7 days of a scheduled appointment, you will be forfeiture of an exam attempt. 

Exam Results

Score reports will be emailed to you immediately following the completion of your exam. You may contact OceanBase at training@oceanbase.com      for any inquiries regarding your score.
