Scheduling your exam
You can schedule your exam to be remotely proctored or you can schedule at a Prometric test center. Before you can schedule your exam, you must click ‘Start Here’ in the left-hand column and “Create Account” under the “Login/Account” tab to create a user account at www.nhanow.com and complete the exam application process.
Remote Proctoring
For remotely proctored exams, you must supply a computer which must have a camera, microphone, stable internet connection and you must have the ability to install a lightweight app prior to the exam event. Chromebooks are not compatible at this time. Before scheduling a remotely proctored exam, confirm your computer’s compatibility. Remote exams are offered using Prometric’s ProProctorTM application online which gives a Prometric Proctor the ability to oversee the examination process remotely.

Please Note: The Web Browser requirement listed in the User Guide is not needed at this time. Currently, there is no specific web browser needed to take a remotely proctored exam
