If opting to take your exam remotely, you must provide a computer with a camera, microphone and an internet connection.
You will need your Eligibility ID to schedule your exam. The Eligibility ID is available in your ISSA student portal or from an email generated from the NCCPT website. If you are unsure where to locate your Eligibility ID please email support@nccpt.com.
Schedule Your Exam
COVID-19 Update: Remote proctoring of NCCPT certification exams (CPT, CYI, CICI, CSTS and CGxI). Our testing partner Prometric has recently re-opened its testing centers for onsite testing of the NCCPT programs noted above. In light of the continuing pandemic, Prometric is pleased to announce that for a limited time, candidates wishing to sit for these certifications will now be offered the option of testing in a remotely proctored environment online. Once they have registered with Prometric, applicants can set up their appointment to test in the convenience of a safe location of their choice.
1. To schedule your exam at a Prometric Testing Center
Select “Schedule” from the options under Test Center Exam on the left hand side.
2. To schedule a Remotely Proctored Exam
Select “Schedule” from the options under Remotely Proctored Exam on the left hand side.
Confirm your computer’s compatibility to allow remote proctoring first. Remote exams are offered using Prometric’s ProProctorTM application online. For a remotely proctored exam, you must supply a computer which must have a camera, microphone and an internet connection and be able to install a lightweight app prior to the test event. You will be able to take the exam online while a Prometric proctor is overseeing the examination process remotely.
