ACI Testing Information - Learn more about the tests offered by Prometric by visiting the ACI Web site.
There are now two ways to take your exam. As a candidate, you have the option to take your exam either in a Prometric Testing Center or through a remotely proctored internet enabled location of your choice where you must provide a computer with a camera, microphone and an internet connection.
Schedule Your Exam
To schedule your exam at a Prometric Testing Center
Select “Schedule” from the options on the left hand side.
To schedule a Remotely Proctored Exam
Confirm your computer’s compatibility to allow remote proctoring first. Remote exams are offered using Prometric’s ProProctor™ application online. For a remotely proctored exam, you must supply a computer which must have a camera, microphone and an internet connection and be able to install a lightweight app prior to the test event. You will be able to take the exam online while a Prometric proctor is overseeing the examination process remotely.

Reschedule/Cancelation Policy
You must reschedule/cancel your exam at least 5 days prior to your appointment date. There is a $35 fee for changing an appointment if the change is made between 5 and 29 days prior to your examination appointment. There is no charge for changing or cancelling 30 days or more prior to your examination appointment.
After the Test
After the exam, you will receive a preliminary result for your exam. Official final results will be sent to you from ACI after they have performed a review and audit of your results for quality assurance. You should receive your official final results from ACI within 2-3 weeks.
