How to Become Eligible for Your Exam

Exam Fee
The exam fee is USD $350 for exams in the United States and Canada. Prometric will collect the fee on behalf of IBMRS when you schedule your appointment.
Reschedule/Cancelation Policy
You must reschedule/cancel your exam at least 5 days prior to your appointment date. There is a $35 fee for changing an appointment if the change is made between 5 and 29 days prior to your examination appointment. There is no charge for changing or cancelling 30 days or more prior to your examination appointment. Rescheduling and cancelling are not permitted 4 or fewer days before your appointment date.

Identification Required
You will be required to present one valid, unexpired and original government-issued photo ID with a signature, such as a driver's license, passport, national ID or military ID. In cases where a primary government-issued photo ID does not have a signature, a second (2nd) ID with signature must be presented.
What Time to Arrive
Plan to arrive at the testing center 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in procedures. If you are late in arriving, you will not be allowed to test and will forfeit your exam fee.
Score Report
A pass/fail report will immediately display on your screen when you complete your exam and also will be emailed to you.
