After scheduling your exam, please review your appointment confirmation email to ensure that you have the correct exam, date, time, and testing location.
If you require testing accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please call Prometric at 800.967.1139 to obtain an accommodation request form. Prior to submitting an ADA Application, please ensure that you have an existing Prometric Account. Reasonable testing accommodations are provided to allow candidates with documented disabilities recognized under the ADA an opportunity to demonstrate their skills and knowledge.
Test Accommodations Candidates should submit a completed ADA Application, including their Prometric ID Number, along with professional documentation of the disability to help us determine the necessary testing arrangements. Thirty days’ advance notice is required for all testing arrangements. There is no additional charge for these accommodations.
Testing fees are generally not refundable or transferable. In very limited situations such as death of the candidate or accidentally signing up for the examination twice for the same date and time, refunds will be considered. Click here to access the Refund Form and Submit the completed Refund Request Form to Prometric per instructions.
Don’t forget to print out your confirmation!
