This site is for you to locate a testing facility in your area. Select Locate Test Center and enter in your country and state if applicable. You will need to provide GFSI with Location number, Location Name, City, State and Country
Scheduling will be handled by GFSI. You will not be able to schedule your exam on this website.

You will need to provide them with your name, email address, contact numbers and preferred testing location and date. GFSI will send this information to Prometric for scheduling. GFSI will send you an e-mail confirming your appointment.
You will be required to present one valid, government-issued photo ID with a signature (e.g., driver's license or passport). If you are testing outside of your country of citizenship, you must present a valid passport. If you are testing within your country of citizenship, you must present either a valid passport, driver's license, national ID or military ID. The identification document must be in Latin characters and contain your photograph and signature. All other personal items must be locked in a locker for test security purposes, so please limit what you bring to the testing center.
Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in procedures. If you are late in arriving, you will not be allowed to test and will forfeit your exam fee.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your exam, please call our National Registration Center at 1-800-722-2857. If you reschedule/cancel the testing appointment between 1 and 4 business days before the test date the candidate will incur a $75 rescheduling/cancel fee. Testing appointments rescheduled/canceled the same day as test date or failure to appear for a scheduled test or presenting himself/herself more than thirty minutes after the scheduled start time for taking the test will result in a forfeiture of all testing fees and you must submit a new application to test.
