On a daily basis I get the opportunity to leverage my knowledge and experience to help our employees achieve results - whether it be assisting cross-functional teams in defining a strategy, a tactical game plan to further improve operational performance, further increase quality of service while reducing cost, or assisting in the development of employees by giving them a mutually meaningful opportunity (for the employee and the business) to learn or demonstrate a new skill or ability.

During my tenure, I opened third-party test centers in most major cities in Japan. It has provided a lot of exam opportunities to test takers in Japan.  I managed the capacity of the test center, maintaining the balance of supply and demand, as well as coached test center staff to provide the best exam environment to test candidates.  Currently, I work within the Account Management team. My role is to understand the needs of both our clients and our test centers, and I appreciate having the ability to extend my own knowledge by working at Prometric.
