Felly, i sicrhau trwyddedu'r gweithwyr proffesiynol yn erbyn safonau byd-eang a o ansawdd uchel, rydym wedi ystyried asesiad seiliedig ar gymhwyster DCD fel rhan o'r gweithdrefnau i gael trwydded DCD er mwyn gwerthuso gallu'r proffesiynol i gyflawni safon cymhwysedd sy'n perthyn i ymarfer proffesiwn Gofal Cymdeithasol penodol.
In line with the vision of Department of Community Development in promoting and ensuring a “Dignified life for all”, we are constantly monitoring the social care practice in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and are keen on ensuring that the highest quality of service is provided by competent, qualified, and licensed practitioners. Thereby, to ensure licensing professionals against global and high-quality standards, we have considered DCD competency-based assessment as part of the procedures to get DCD license in order to evaluating the professional's ability to achieve a standard of competency pertaining to the practice of a specific Social Care Profession.
