Alex Paladino is Prometric’s Chief Revenue Officer. She is responsible for leading the company’s client and industry-facing organizations, ensuring the firm’s investments in customer service capabilities and innovative technologies address the needs of our clients and position them for future growth. Under her leadership, Prometric has adopted a strong voice of the customer culture throughout the client lifecycle and incorporates customer and industry insights into all product development and product marketing activities. She is tasked with formulating and executing the company’s go-to-market strategies, including increasing new client acquisitions, retaining and growing existing customer relationships, overseeing industry and brand marketing and attaining corporate financial objectives. Prior to joining Prometric, Ms. Paladino served as Global Managing Director and Head of the Technology Practice Group at Thomson Reuters. During her tenure there, she held executive roles in the Corporate Strategy and Chief Customer Offices and was responsible for managing global enterprise customer relationships and developing organizational structures and capabilities that increased customer-centricity.
Ms. Paladino holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University at Albany, SUNY.
