Scheduling your exam:

You are eligible to schedule a Tosa certification exam after purchasing a Tosa certification pack on Isograd’s Tosa website www.tosa.org

You must have registered for your examination(s) with Isograd and received a voucher number prior to scheduling your testing appointment online.

In order to schedule your exam, you must provide an e-mail address. Prometric will send you an e-mail confirming your appointment. If you do not have an e-mail address, or if you have difficulty scheduling your exam, please utilize the Prometric Service Center or the Contacts by Location menu below.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for changing or canceling your exam appointment 30 days or more before a scheduled appointment. Changes made between 5 and 29 days are subject to a $20 fee, paid directly to Prometric at the time of the appointment change. You may not reschedule an exam less than 5 days prior to your appointment. If you fail to show up for an exam or cancel within 5 days of a scheduled appointment, you will be charged the entire test fee. 

Exam Results

After completion of your certification exam, you will receive a score out of 1,000 points and a diploma that is valid for three years. Your score can be verified online at www.tosa.org. You will be able to share it on your resume or professional networks (LinkedIn…) as a proof of your proficiency.

Upon completion of your Tosa certification exam, you will receive a certification report including your score and your diploma via email within three business days.
