IBM Take It Again

Take It Again is a voucher program, offered worldwide, by IBM Professional Certification.

With Take It Again you may purchase specially priced vouchers so that in the event you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, you may quickly and easily retake the same exam for no additional costs.

To take advantage of this offer: 

Step 1: Select a country below to register for Take It Again and receive your voucher number.  (Note: Voucher prices will be provided at the time the voucher is selected.)

Step 2:  Using the voucher number, schedule and pay for your initial exam via Prometric's web site, call center or test center locations by visiting www.prometric.com/ibm.  (To be eligible for the free retake, you must provide the TIA voucher number when scheduling the original testing appointment).

Step 3: Take the exam.

Step 4: If you do not pass, and want to retest, you may register for the same exam, at no additional costs, via Prometric's web site, call center or test center locations by visiting www.prometric.com/ibm.  You must use the same voucher number.

NOTE: After taking the original exam, please wait a minimum of one day before attempting to register for the retake. (This will allow time for the original test results to be entered into the system.)

Terms of the TIA Program

  1. Take It Again vouchers can be used only at an Authorized Prometric Test Center.
  2. The vouchers may not be used with any other voucher or promotion.
  3. 2012 TIA Vouchers will be available between January 25, 2012, and November 30, 2012.  Vouchers must be used, if applicable, for both exam sittings not later than December 31, 2012, or they will expire.
  4. TIA vouchers are not transferable and are only valid for the specified exam.
  5. If passed on the first attempt, the same test may not be taken again.
  6. TIA vouchers may not be used to take any test that has been retired.
  7. There is no partial refund for TIA vouchers used only once.
  8. Contact Prometric if you misplace your Take It Again voucher number.
