The Prometric Certified Professional Food Manager Course Manual includes all the material needed for an entry-level food manager to study for and pass the Prometric CPFM exam. Based on the latest FDA food code, the CPFM manual follows the adult learning model and is intended for use as a workbook with room to write notes.
Instructor Support
Prometric supports instructors by providing materials that complement the manual and offer a framework from which course leaders can create a curriculum that meets the content and time requirements of their specific jurisdiction.
Additionally, chapter assessment quizzes are available that help an individual candidate determine preparedness for the credentialing examination.
