Prometric and British Computer Society Renew Global Partnership

LONDON, ENGLAND and BALTIMORE, MD. March 24, 2009 – Prometric, a leading global provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment services, today announced that the British Computer Society (BCS) has signed a multi-year contract renewal with Prometric that will continue to facilitate the international growth and delivery of its Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB) examinations.

The extended partnership will allow BCS to continue to leverage Prometric's global scale and growing network of thousands of Prometric test centres in more than 160 countries. Candidates for ISEB Foundation Certificates in IT Service Management, Programme and Project Support Office, Software Asset Management Essentials and Software Testing can book their examinations online or directly with Prometric's network of candidate contact centres. Prometric is also launching the Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing exam across its worldwide network of test centres, helping BCS build on its successful Foundation Certificate in Software Testing.

Having worked as partners in testing for nearly a decade, Prometric has tested thousands of ISEB exam candidates; a number that is expected to keep rising as both BCS and Prometric build on expansion momentum and meet the demand for the IT certification exams in markets outside the UK.
