We pride ourselves on being the industry-leader in the use of technology for better assessments.  We developed and delivered the first nationally based licensure examination using computer-based testing as well as the first state-based certification programs using proctored Internet-based testing.  We use technology for all aspects of the services we provide and are equally comfortable in offering paper-and-pencil testing, proctored Internet-based testing, and computer-based testing.

While we have the ability to provide "off the shelf" technological service offerings, Prometric's philosophy is to analyze each prospective client's program and requirements in as unique a fashion as possible. Our extensive global network of testing centers allows us to provide our clients with a highly secure, reliable and cost-effective channel through which we administer their testing programs; this helps ensure a professional and consistent test experience for each and every test taker. Each Prometric test center is designed with physical safeguards and the latest technology to prohibit fraud and cheating. Our test delivery technologies and services help maintain and enhance the security of test item bank management and test administration. In addition, Prometric was the first test services provider in the world to require that our staff of professional and experienced proctor monitors in each testing facility be certified themselves.

Available in nearly every time zone, our testing centers meet strict specifications and are designed to be flexible and accommodating. To streamline candidate management and provide enhanced candidate services, we verify candidate eligibility, provide registration and test scheduling services and promptly deliver scoring reports.
