Prometric Wins CLO Magazine Customer Service Award

Baltimore, MD., October 19, 2007 – Prometric, the global leader in technology-enabled testing and assessment services, today announced that it was awarded first place in the Customer Service category of CLO Magazine’s Learning in Practice “Vendor” Awards. The Vendor award for Customer Service was awarded to Prometric in recognition of its outstanding performance and account work with the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP).

The relationship between the ABP and Prometric has grown beyond “client-vendor” to a true partnership.  Prometric is the vendor that the ABP sought during its switch to computerization and for the seamless implementation of its own test driver. With help from Prometric’s development team, the ABP is also considering incorporating short, streaming video clips into some of its examinations to help foster a more “real-world” environment for complex subjects such as pediatric cardiology.
