Thomson Prometric and the Federal Housing Administration Renew Agreement
BALTIMORE, MD. MAY 17, 2004 - Thomson PROMETRIC, THE GLOBAL LEADER IN TECHNOLOGY-ENABLED TESTING AND ASSESSMENT SERVICES, and part of The Thomson Corporation (NYSE: TOC; TSX: TOC), today announced its renewed agreement with the United States Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to deliver the FHA real estate appraiser exams through the Thomson Prometric Testing Center network nationwide.

Renewing our relationship with the FHA emphasizes this commitment.”
Passing the FHA exams is required to appraise properties for FHA financing on a national level.
