You may register and pay for Prometric's fingerprinting service at the same time you schedule your exam. Appointments for electronic fingerprint services at a Prometric location must be made by calling 800.871.6457 or online at www.prometric.com/louisiana/insurance. Each individual will be required to pay fingerprint fees of $75 to cover processing costs. Click here for our Fingerprint Processing Information.
