ICMA Demo Page Requirements

Requirements for properly viewing www.prometric.com/ICMA/demo.htm:

• You must use Internet Explorer version 6 or greater.
• http://www.prometric.com must be included in the Trusted Sites of your browser. 
• Internet Explorer security settings need to be set properly.
• Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework must be installed on your PC.  (Click here to download it.  Note that you need to have administrator rights on your PC to install it.)

To add http://www.prometric.com to the Trusted Sites of your browser:

1. In Internet Explorer click on Tools and select "Internet Options."
2. Click on the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options window.
3. Click on Trusted Sites to select it, then click on the Sites button.
4. In the "Add this Web site to the zone" field, enter http://www.prometric.com
5. Make sure "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in the zone" is unchecked.
6. Click OK
7. Click OK.

Browser security settings

1. In Internet Explorer click on Tools and select "Internet Options."
2. Click on the Security tab at the top of the Internet Options window.
3. Click on Trusted Sites to select it.
4. Click the Custom Level button.
5. Make sure that "Download signed ActiveX controls" is set to Enable.
6. Make sure that "Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting" is set to Enable.
7. Make sure that "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" is set to Enable.
8. Click OK
9. Click OK.

Note: The first time you visit www.prometric.com/ICMA/demo.htm after adding www.prometric.com to your Trusted Sites, you will need to wait a minute for the page components to be installed before using the page.
