Welcome to HP Global Sales Accreditation Testing!

How to reschedule or cancel an exam
There are two methods to cancel or reschedule your exam (HS0):
  1. Online please click the Start button in the Getting Started box at the top of this page
  2. Call your Prometric Regional Registration Center (Click the appropriate region in the Call Us box in the upper left corner of this page).

You must cancel or reschedule your test center exam at least one business day prior to your scheduled appointment. For more information, refer to Prometric's Frequently Asked Questions.

How to check appointment status
Once you complete registration, a confirmation e-mail containing your appointment summary will be sent to you. It is important that you print and keep a copy for your reference. However, if you need another copy of your appointment summary, you can access the online exam registration tool or call your Prometric Regional Registration Center.

Test fees and payment options
Fees for the competency test will be covered by the HP Sales Accreditation Program office in the form of a voucher number.  Candidates for the Accreditation competency test must apply for a voucher prior to registering for the test. Please refer to the HP Sales Accreditation website for details to see if you qualify to take the competency test and how to apply for a voucher number.

Helpful tips:
Arrive at the testing site at least 15 minutes before the test is scheduled to begin. This will give you time to sign in. Bring two forms of identification:
