As of May 3, 2010, individuals may use their Central Registration Depository Number (CRD#)*, Social Security Number (SSN without dashes) or FINRA ID# to schedule an exam or continuing education (CE) appointment with FINRA. Individuals scheduling through Prometric will be prompted to enter their CRD, SSN or FINRA ID# in the ID field. Please contact FINRA or your Compliance Department if you are not familiar with your CRD.
Effective September 15, 2010, all individuals will be required to use their CRD or FINRA ID# to schedule an exam or CE appointment. At that time, an SSN cannot be used to schedule an appointment.
Please note: Non-member candidates that enrolled through the Form U10 should use their FINRA ID# that was assigned to them at the time of registering. Please begin to become familiar with your FINRA ID# prior to scheduling your appointment.

**Important Information – New Format for S101 and S106 Continuing Education Programs**
On January 4, 2010, FINRA will implement redesigned versions of the S101 and S106 Regulatory Element Programs. If you have scheduled an appointment on or after this date, please be sure to review the related content outline, an animated orientation and brief sample case to help familiarize yourself with the program changes.
