Items to emphasize are:

Course application fees are $160.00 per course. The fee consists of the Department's statutory fee of $100 plus Prometric's processing fee of $60.
A roster submission for completions on and after January 1, 2008, the fee is $1.65 per credit, per name. The fee consists of the Department's statutory fee of $1.00 plus Prometric's processing fee of $.65.
