Prometric provides continuing education (CE) services for the North Carolina Department of Insurance.
Services include:

Providers may use online services to view, enter, edit and delete course offering schedules, roster submissions and to verify course statuses. Click here for all available services.

Packet contains:
- Program information
- Sponsor registration form
- Course approval application
- Sample course outlines
- Instructor guidelines and instructions
Items to emphasize are:
- Course application fees are $160.00 per course. The fee consists of the Department's statutory fee of $100 plus Prometric's processing fee of $60.
- A roster submission for completions on and after January 1, 2008, the fee is $1.65 per credit, per name. The fee consists of the Department's statutory fee of $1.00 plus Prometric's processing fee of $.65.
