The Kentucky Office of Insurance has contracted with Prometric to provide course and instructor review services for continuing education and pre-licensing.

Fees
- Pre-licensing course filing: $50
- Pre-licensing course renewal: $50
- Pre-licensing instructor: $5
- Pre-licensing instructor renewal fee: $5
- CE course filing: $10
- CE Course Accreditation: $5 per credit hour
- CE instructor registration: $5
- CE instructor renewal: $5
Payment should be by check or money order made payable to the Kentucky State Treasurer. After review and assignment of the number of credit hours, Prometric will bill the provider $5 per credit hour granted. Approval of the course will not be granted until fees are paid. 806 KAR 9:220 Section 2 (2)
Pre-Licensing Course Fees
A nonrefundable fee of $50 for each course must be submitted. Payment should be by check or money order made payable to the Kentucky State Treasurer. A nonrefundable fee of $5 for each instructor must be submitted.
