Arizona Insurance
Scheduling your appointment is a two step process
1) Register - Register with Prometric.
2) Schedule - Choose an available date and time to schedule your appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: Applicants may only take an exam for a specific line of authority 4 times in a 12-month period. Attempts for a line of authority that offers both an individual and combined examination are not considered separate and are limited to a total of 4 attempts in a 12-month period. After the fourth unsuccessful attempt, an applicant must wait 1 year from the last test attempt to retake the examination.
