Job Description

Prometric is seeking a Test Center Manager (TCM) for the Tyler, TX  testing facility.

The TCM maintains an efficient and secure test center while supervising the delivery of computer based exams to candidates taking academic, professional, and certification exams.

Responsibilities:

• Create staff schedules and supervise Test Center Administrators
• Administer exams
• File irregularity reports as needed
• Maintain a working knowledge of policies, practices and procedures
• Resolve examinee/ building concerns and escalate as appropriate
• Protect test and testing environment
• Maintain office supplies

Candidate Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required.  College or  Three years customer service with direct customer contact preferred
• Two or more years of supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and writing skills 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• MS Office and Windows proficient

Shift Required:

• Must be able to work 30-40 hours per week.
