Job Description

Prometric has an opening for a Test Center Administrator (Test Proctor).

In this entry-level position, the TCA supervises test candidates in order to ensure the efficient administration and execution of tests at Prometric test centers, and be involved in all aspects of the day to day operation of the center.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome test candidates and test center visitors upon arrival.
• Take required security/verification precautions of test candidates on arrival by carefully checking identification and confirming eligibility, etc. 
• Monitor candidates while they are taking tests to provide a secure testing environment while protecting the test. 
• Watch and observe while test candidates sign in/out of the testing room. 
• Carefully file irregularity reports for unusual situations or complaints.
• Maintain security at the testing facility by ensuring all locks and security systems are properly used.The TCA will be  esponsible for holding keys to the testing facility.
• Learn how to use test center equipment and software applications, including Prometric’s proprietary test administration software

Candidate Qualifications:

• Must be flexible in the hours available for work, including some Saturdays. 
• Must be 18 years of age have some college preferred
• Spanish as a second language is preferred.
• Must not be currently enrolled in classes or hold any certifications in Computer Programming or Technical Engineering degrees
