Job Description

Prometric is currently seeking a Security Analyst.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Develop processes to ensure test center compliance with Prometric security policies & procedures.  Ensure processes are properly communicated to worldwide testing partners. 
• Adequately resource the capacities required to implement Prometric's security activities/program.
• Inventory and review global security information and reports that Prometric receives and establish a capability for analyzing and acting on it within contractually required timelines.
• Fully resource a comprehensive program for global secret shopping and auditing of Prometric Test Centers.  
• Determine criteria and document process for taking corrective or punitive action with test centers not complying with Prometric security policies & procedures (client program removal, site closure, etc.)
• Regularly review test center security policies and procedures and revise as necessary.
• Conduct investigations to determine source of breaches and implement security enhancements to prevent future incidents. 
• Interview witnesses, gather physical evidence & statements, preserve chain of custody, produce thorough reports of findings & recommendations.
• Regularly employ analytical methods and reporting tools to detect test center and candidate misconduct.

Candidate Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets, use of pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.
• Experience with Quality Assurance & Compliance programs preferred.
• Investigative experience in law enforcement or military investigations preferred.
