Prometric is currently seeking an Account Manager III.
The Account Manager III is responsible for managing all aspects of multiple programs of great complexity, directs, instructs and coaches operations staff, and confers with team lead and/or senior management on complex contracts and proposals. The Client Account Manager has ownership for day-to-day business activities related to the Financial Services Segment including profit and loss, financial reporting and invoice accuracy, marketing, product & service development, and providing leadership and engaging technical teams and operations support for the client's contractual needs and new initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Account Planning and Strategy:
Develop annual strategic plans for client portfolio
Participate in QBRs and Contract Reviews with clients
Work to strengthen existing partnerships and help identify incremental business opportunities
Introduce clients to new product lines and internal technologies
Participate in contract negotiations
Account Profit / Loss Management:
Manage to P&L profitability for each client, conducting monthly review of revenues and expenses to Account strategy
Personal Development:
Manage effective team behaviors within the PM – TL -- AM triangle.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal Client Account Manager candidate possesses 5+ years of account management/delivery experience with a proven track record of managing complex solutions directly in industry related clients as a prime supplier.
This individual will have managed account development and project delivery and execution, consistently exceeding performance, while working effectively within a mid-large sized, growth-poised organization. He/she must have a solutions orientated business development and delivery approach and be able to negotiate at the most senior levels, working in a highly competitive environment. Experience with testing, assessment and certification software and solutions would be viewed as a distinct advantage for candidacy.
Education and Work Experience requirements:
A college degree with at least 7 years of experience as a program/project manager in an applied setting.
Skills:
Requires thorough comprehension of testing product processes and working closely and collaboratively with test development, measurement, and operations personnel.
Exemplary oral and written communication skills, client relation skills, project management skills, and time management and analytical skills to produce information in a concise and timely manner.
Must have diverse knowledge; proven teaming skills, and excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver information to a variety of audiences.
