Job Description

Prometric is currently seeking a Test Center Administrator (TCA).

This position will supervise test candidates in order to ensure the efficient administration and execution of tests at Prometric test centers, and be involved in all aspectsof the day to day operation of the center.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome test candidates and test center visitors upon arrival.
• Take required security/verification precautions of test candidates on arrival by carefully checking identification and confirming eligibility, etc. 
• Monitor candidates while they are taking tests to provide a secure testing environment while protecting the test. 
• Watch and observe while test candidates sign in/out of the testing room. 
• Carefully file irregularity reports for unusual situations or complaints.
• Maintain security at the testing facility by ensuring all locks and security systemsare properly used.  The TCA will also be responsible for holding     keys to the testingfacility.
• Learn how to use test center equipment and software applications, including Prometric’s proprietary test administration software
• Support operations and technical personnel with compliance of any/all instructive communications received at center.
• Learn to operate a video camera, VCR, digital camera, telephone system, and alarm system as required.
• Must be flexible in the hours available for work.

Candidate Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

Available Shifts:

• Fridays and Saturdays, with flexibility to work other days of the week during vacations or according to business needs.
• Ability to work evenings a plus
