After the Test
After you have completed your examination, you will anxiously await your exam results. The following information will assist you with post-examination questions.
- When will I receive my score reports?
- How can I check the status of my certification? Why haven't I received it yet?
- How can I request a name change?
- What happens to the records of exams taken after ten months?
When will I receive my score reports?
In most cases, IT candidates receive their score report immediately after their test is completed. Score reporting timeframes vary for all other candidates. Please check with your exam sponsor for complete information.
How can I check the status of my certification? Why haven't I received it yet?
To obtain information about the status of your certification, you must contact the examination sponsor directly.
How can I request a name change?
To ensure the security of your personal account, Prometric requires that you provide legal documentation to validate your name change. Acceptable items of documentation must show the current name as well as the new name. These items vary by country, so please contact the appropriate Prometric Contact Center in your region.
What happens to exam records after ten months?
Exams over ten months old are archived in our system. Archived exams cannot be viewed online; however, they still count toward your certification.
